修改美国的出生证明时需要哪些材料
美国各州所的手续不同，具体可以搜索关键词"birth certificate correction + 州的名称"。部分州简化了一岁以下儿童修改出生证时手续，甚至不用提供任何材料。
所需基本的文件有：
- 出生时由医院开具的原始记录。

- 如果修改儿童的出生证，那么需要家长的出生证或证件。
