美国入籍面试流程及常见面试问题
面试的流程
经验表明，在你向移民局递交入籍申请表后的大约4、5个月内，你就会接到公民入籍面试通知。面试过程由三部分组成：
- 移民官针对申请人提交的入籍申请表格 (N-400)提出问题，申请人需要一一回答。
- 移民官从电脑上的题库中随机抽选出一些问题，10道题或15道题不等，用于考核申请人是否了解美国的历史、宪法和政府方面的一些知识。这些题可能有有三种考法：申请人自念自答、申请人自念自写或者移民官问，申请人回答。
- 移民官用英语念出一个或几个短句，然后由申请人书写。
面试前的准备
- 预习好美国入籍考试时会被问及的考试题，你必须正确回答6道题以上（含6道题）才能通过。即，如果移民官给你出了10道题，那么你只能错4道。
- 移民官会询问你本人的资料，如你的入籍资格、家庭或工作背景，甚至会考核你的个人品德。这些问题都是基于你填写的入籍申请表格，所以面试之前一定要好好熟悉自己都写了些什么。
- 面试过程当中移民官会问你是否需要改名字，如果你在入籍后想换一个名字，那么请把握好这个机会。一旦你告诉了移民官你想要的新名字，那么随后移民局就会进行处理，之后你的新名字将会出现在你的入籍证书和美国护照上。
- 检查并带齐入籍面试时所需的文件资料。如果你缺少了任何必要的资料，移民官会推迟你的入籍申请。这里有一份入籍面试时所需文件的核对清单供大家参考﹕
- 您填写的入籍申请表(N-400)的复印件。
- 和入籍申请表一起寄给移民局的其它文件资料的正本。
- 面试当天您需要携带以下的证件﹕美国绿卡、护照 (过期的也需要) 和回美证 (如果有)
- 任何其它的移民局要求您带去面试的补充文件。
- 两张护照形式的照片。
- 如果面试中你需要律师或代表人陪同，则必须提前填写 G-28 表格以通知移民局。
- 如果你被允许免于参加英文版的试题考试，那么你可以带一个翻译去面试（或由移民局安排一个翻译）。
- 如果你是残疾人，那么在获得移民局许可的情况下可以由一个家庭成员或监护人配你同去面试。
面试当天的注意事项
- 穿着打扮得体，这是对移民官的基本尊重，但也没必要西装革履，只需整洁端庄。
- 不要迟到。
- 面试的过程中如果你没有听懂或不明白移民官提出的问题，不要自己乱猜而应该礼貌的要求移民官说慢点或重复一次问题。
- 在回答关于美国政府和历史方面的试题时你的语速可以放慢一点，以便清楚的说出正确的答案。记住，这是入籍面试，回答清楚答案最重要，不是让你去参加演讲比赛或炫耀你的口语水平。
- 不要说谎或隐瞒真相。
面试开始时的寒暄

If the law requires it, are you willing to perform noncombatant services in the U.S. Armed Forces? 如果法律需要，你是否愿意在美国军队内部执行非战斗人员的任务？
If the law requires it, are you willing to perform work of national importance under civilian direction? 如果法律需要，你愿意在美国政府官员的指挥下执行任务吗？
面试结束后
- 通过入籍面试后，你的入籍申请就算被批准了，之后你必需参加一个入籍典礼仪式。具体的时间和地点移民局会寄信通知。
- 参加入籍典礼时你需要将美国绿卡还给移民局，因为这东西你以后用不到了。
- 典礼结束后，你可以申请美国护照。一般来说，美国护照的申请表会和入籍典礼通知书一同邮寄给你，所以你可以提前填写好护照申请表，然后典礼当天交给有关工作人员就行了，省时省力。
